The aim of the diploma thesis is to process a construction-technological project of the building in the area Rotana. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable implementation procedure of the building. The thesis deals with the time schedule of the main object, itemized budget, major building machines and mechanisms, project of site equipment, study of the main construction phase realization, plan for securing material resources, technical report, time and financial object plan. The thesis also focused on the comparison bracing of foundation with the slopes.

Realization of the upper rough construction of apartment building in Prague

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the stage of the upper rough construction of apartment building in Prague. The house made up of a monolithic structure. This monolithic structure consists of walls and ceiling slab. Stairs designed as prefabricated mounted on monolithic landing and half landing. The landings are part of the ceiling slab, the half landings will be carried out additionally by means of the reinforcement frames in the staircases. The object’s construction system is bi-directional. The building is basement and has ten aboveground floors and two underground.

The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations, proposal of mechanical assembly, engineering report of site equipment, engineering report, solution of transport relations, safety and health plan, control and test plans, budgets and time schedules. Purpose of this thesis is to compare selected variants in terms of money and time.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction project of the new building of the primary school in Bobrová. The main goal of the thesis is to propose a suitable implementation procedure in relation to the specific place of the site. The thesis deals with the time schedule of the main object, itemized budget, major building machines and mechanisms, project of site equipment, study of the construction realization, material resources plan, technical report, time schedule and financial plan of the main object and also with the situation of the construction. It focuses in detail on the stage of earthworks, including the reinforcement of the walls of the building pit using soil nailing. For this stage a technological regulation and a control and test plan have been developed.
